What is the Demi Points program?
Demi Points is our simple way of saying thank you for shopping with us. Every time you make a purchase, you’ll earn points that can be redeemed for savings on future orders.

How do I earn Demi Points?
You’ll earn 1 Demi Point for every $1 you spend, before taxes and shipping. Points are automatically added to your account after your order is completed.

How do I use my Demi Points?
Once you collect 100 Demi Points, you can redeem them for $5 off your next purchase. During checkout, you’ll see the option to apply your points if you have enough available.

Do my points ever expire?
No. Your Demi Points never expire.

Do I need an account to earn points?
Your account is automatically created through Shopify Shop app checkout - you don't have to do anything! Just be sure to checkout with the same email address each time so your points accumulate in the same place.

Can I earn or use points in-store?
Yes. You can earn and redeem Demi Points both online and in our store. Just make sure your purchases are linked to the same email address on your account.

How can I see my points balance?
Log in to your Shop App account to view.

Can I transfer or share points with someone else?
At this time, points can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

What happens if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account once the refund is processed.
